Delivery and Shipping Information
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. After processing the order, your package is handed over to our trusted delivery partners for shipment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your order's journey in real time.
Important: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Without insurance, you assume all risk for loss or damage during transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier.
We partner with reliable international couriers, such as FedEx, DHL and others, to provide fast and secure delivery across all regions. These trusted partners help us deliver your order efficiently and keep you informed every step of the way.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Within France: 1-3 business days after dispatch
- Within the EU: 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
Note 1: Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once a shipment has been dispatched, no address changes, replacements, or compensation can be made.
Note 2: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or customs inspections.

Return Policy
Returns are only accepted for products that are expired or incorrect upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence (6 Side photos of the original Pracel, 6 side photo of each product, a general video showing the current state of the parcel and each product inside the parcel).
Returned products must:
- Remain unopened and in their original packaging
- Be returned within 2 days of receiving the order
- Be accompanied by our confirmation of return authorization (Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will not be accepted.)
For health and safety reasons, no returns or claims will be processed if a product has been opened, used, or if the packaging has been damaged.
