MicronJet Nanosoft Microneedles

MicronJet Nanosoft Microneedle is a medical device used for therapeutic and medical aesthetic treatments. Incorporating MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) technology, the needles are made of pure silicon, offering better durability than standard needles. They ensure more precise and painless intradermal injections with minimal risk of bruising and swelling. Designed for use with a standard syringe, MicronJet 600 Nanosoft Microneedles are well-suited for non-cross-linked HA injectables (not highly viscous products), including Fillmed NCTF 135 HA, all  RRS, and Pluryal range products, and Jalupro Classic.

Contraindications 

• Skin infections near the injection area
• Open wounds and scars

How to Use

• Hold the syringe flanges between thumb and fingers, keeping the blue line facing forward at all times - this line is the true orientation guide (flanges may not be parallel).
• Stretch the skin downward and maintain tension throughout the injection.
• Insert the device at a 45°-70° angle, flattening the angle if resistance is high.
• Press the device firmly until a slight indentation appears on the skin.
• Inject slowly; strong resistance is normal.
• A small white wheal (bleb) indicates correct intradermal placement.
• After injection, wait about 3 seconds before removing the syringe.
