How to Use

• Apply three times a day, in the morning, noon, and afternoon, to clean, dry skin.
• Use the recommended amount (2 mg/cm² of skin) about 30 minutes before sun exposure.
• Applying less than the recommended amount will significantly reduce protection.
• Reapply every two hours during direct sun exposure and always after swimming, sweating, or drying with a towel.
• Regular reapplication is essential to maintain full protection and treatment effectiveness.
• When outdoors, wear sunglasses and a sun hat, and avoid sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., when radiation is strongest.
